As a graphic designer I appreciate you sharing this white paper. One of the biggest problems my clients run into is that they only envision their visitors purchasing a product or service from them in one way. Not realizing that out of the millions of possible visitors who use various browsers they need to offer more than one way for a visitor to communicate or purchase a product from them. I show my clients how to use both text, graphics, and other software to ensure the success of their business.
