		<description>Cool post, and I need to blog the other side to it. Often, too many Web 2.0 companies have too many unofficial spokespersons. No matter if its guerilla or official PR, you still need consistent messaging (no, not to control the message, but to make sure the message is behind heard).

If a company just uses Betas and blogs to launch, too soon it will learn it needs more than just that. There are exceptions, but they aren&#039;t the rule. </description>
